The Simple Procedure to saving on your flooring costs.
If you have never seen or had natural floorings before we suggest this is the best way to proceed:
1, Request a catalogue and ask for some samples.
2, When selecting the materials request a sample from Crucial Trading
3, They can arrange for a fitting company to contact you and measure and advise on the appropriate flooring if required, if however they do not have a fitter in the area you may check our list of Natural Flooring Fitters on our register.
4, The fitters will inform you of the sizes and materials you require and they will post an obligation free quotation to you for fitting and underlay etc.
5, With this information you then place your order at our online shop. We will require full payment for the goods with the order, just as Crucial Trading do.
6, To confirm the order we will issue you an invoice by e-mail, stating the product required, the size/s, the delivery address and contact details and of course the price agreed.
7, From this shop you will need to pay us via PayPal, post a cheque for the full amount to the address on the invoice or alternatively you may use PC banking to pay us direct into our company account. We will give you information if you request it from us. This will speed up the transaction and result in your new flooring arriving sooner.
8, You will receive your new Crucial Trading goods from the carrier they use, usually Carpet Express, Carrolls Transport or their own fleet. Once this has been delivered you can call your fitters to book in a fitting date. Where possible we will indicate an estimated delivery day for you to enable you to pre book your fitters.
